In a scene brimming with the highest meanings of national pride and pulsating with sincere loyalty to the wise leadership, Dubai Charity Association marked a high-profile celebration this morning, Tuesday, on the occasion of 'UAE Flag Day'. The flag of the nation was raised proudly and fluttering at 11:00 AM at the courtyard of the Association's headquarters in Al Muhaisnah 2, Dubai.
The ceremony took place amidst an atmosphere brimming with pride and honor, in the presence of His Excellency Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Dubai Charity Association, along with an elite group of department managers, as well as all staff and volunteer cadres of the Association. They all lined up in an exceptional moment to the tune of the UAE National Anthem, expressing unity of ranks and pride in the symbol of the nation's sovereignty and elevation
He added: 'The Association's celebration of this national occasion goes beyond the limits of annual traditions to become a covenant renewal of the humanitarian mission adopted by the UAE.' He pointed out that the four colors of the flag inspire the values of peace, growth, strength, and tolerance—the very principles upon which 'Dubai Charity' relies in implementing its relief and developmental projects, extending its hands of goodness to various parts of the earth.
The celebration witnessed the active engagement of all staff members to promote the values of social solidarity and humanitarian work as an authentic part of the Emirati identity. It also seized the occasion to emphasize expanding the scope of charitable initiatives in alignment with the country's developmental aspirations and its pioneering position in the global humanitarian and relief landscape
The celebration concluded with a renewed pledge and promise from all leadership and staff of the Association to double their efforts and work as a single team, ensuring that 'Dubai Charity' remains an edifice that translates the UAE's civilizational and developmental vision into a tangible reality that meets community aspirations and serves humanity as a whole.
