On the sidelines of the Dubai International Humanitarian Aid & Development Conference & Exhibition (DIHAD 2026), Dubai Charity Association signed a cooperation agreement with Kuluna Rubban Training Foundation, bringing together their institutional visions and initiatives to support and empower beneficiaries through advanced training and awareness programs that equip them with comprehensive life, professional, and practical skills.
This strategic partnership was formalized through an official signing by Eng. Adel Al Suwaidi, Board Member, Treasurer, and Director of Operations at Dubai Charity Association, representing the Association, and Mr. Ghanem bin Jabr Al Muhairi, Founder and Owner of Kuluna Rubban Training Foundation.
The agreement aims to establish an integrated model of institutional and community partnership between the charitable and training sectors by designing and implementing a range of training and development programs targeting young people and students. These programs seek to enhance their practical and hands-on skills, while enabling them to invest their talents and time in positive ways that benefit their communities.
The agreement also provides broad opportunities for exchanging expertise, experiences, and leading administrative practices, in accordance with the internal regulations and policies of both parties.
In this regard, Eng. Adel Al Suwaidi, Board Member, Treasurer, and Director of Operations at Dubai Charity Association, noted that this partnership represents a significant practical step underpinning the Association’s vision of moving beyond traditional models of support toward comprehensive empowerment pathways. He emphasized that true investment lies in equipping individuals with the skills that enable them to transition from recipients of care into productive and independent members of society, capable of shaping their own futures with confidence and competence.
Al Suwaidi explained that the collaboration with Kuluna Rubban Training Foundation reflects the Association’s commitment to delivering high-quality programs with sustainable and measurable social impact. He emphasized that focusing on young people and emerging generations, and equipping them with field-based, practical, and life skills, contributes to building a promising generation with the essential capabilities for self-reliance, while also providing the labor market with ambitious professionals who are academically and practically prepared
For his part, Mr. Ghanem bin Jabr Al Muhairi, Founder and Owner of Kuluna Rubban Training Foundation, affirmed that the collaboration with Dubai Charity Association marks a significant milestone in translating the Foundation’s training mission into tangible initiatives. He expressed his hope that this partnership will lead to the launch of innovative and high-impact initiatives that open new horizons for children and young people to acquire practical work skills and develop their leadership qualities, thereby supporting the UAE’s aspirations to invest in people and achieve sustainable community development.
